--------

Today, in OLC, a user who had been near the hard limit on disk quota
for over seven days couldn't use any of the following methods to
delete mail:

	rmm
	/bin/rm
	delete
	mv

I had the user send me an xterm. "rmm" and "delete" didn't work (same
old reason, couldn't rename the file). "rm" and "mv" (i was trying to
mv the files to /usr/tmp) didn't work either--the error I got was
"couldn't unlink file".

I couldn't get rid of the things in emacs dired either.

Eventually, I just unset noclobber, and ran a foreach that cat'ed
/dev/null > each file in his inbox (he wanted to get rid of all his
mail).

There should be an easier method than this. If there is, please let
me know of it. If there isn't, please make one.
