cview and xcluster reports on RS/6000's

cview and xcluster do not seem to be reporting the proper status for
the RS/6000's (perhaps other machines too).
Evidence:
1. Earlier today, I was looking at the status screen in
building 11 - It showed 2 (I think) RS/6000s available,
but visual inspection showed them to all be busy.
2. I am now in 4-035. All machines are busy except for one
which appears to be down. Cview and xcluster show 15
machines free and have for 10 to 20 minutes.
The only reason I suspect the problem to be limited to RS/6000's, is the
status of those machines has not changed at all (in any location) during
the last 10 to 15 minutes. All other machine types have shown some
fluctuation.
