What were you trying to do?

What's wrong:
A normal user who does "attach sipb" on a workstation with
/usr/vice/etc/ThisCell = athena.mit.edu will not be subscribed
to filsrv,athena.mit.edu,* and will therefore not get any
normal-audience messages about problems with the athena afs
cell. If there is an short-notice, unplanned shutdown of the
cell, there is no good way of notifying the users who will be
affected.
What should have happened:
Attach should either have an athena-specific kludge to
subscribe an AFS-locker user to filsrv,athena.mit.edu,* or it
should check /usr/vice/etc/ThisCell and subscribe the user to
filsrv,[ThisCell],* (and filsrv,[ThisCell]:root.cell,* ?).
