Start an emacs
What's wrong:
It worked, except I got an X emacs instead of a tty emacs.
What should have happened:
This is a dialup. You folks don't like X programs being run
from the dialups, you tell me. :-)
Please describe any relevant documentation references:
None, really. I think all that's wrong is that the current
emacs binary on e40-008-8 should really be emacs.real, and to replace
emacs you should have whatever little frob you use on the other
dialups to make emacs appear ttymode.

PS: a different bug: sendbug shouldn't require a ~/Mail directory, but
I've been bitching about this ever since I switched to rmail.
