decmips 7.3P: showrgb misinstalled

What were you trying to do?
run showrgb
What's wrong:
It is installed properly on the VAX and RT, but it is not
available on the RS/6000, and on the decmips, /usr/bin/X11/showrgb is a
symlink pointing to /usr/athena/bin/showrgb, which does not exist, and
the files /usr/lib/X11/rgb* are symlinks into ../../var.dir/X11/rgb, but
there is no /usr/var.dir, so this is also leading nowhere.
What should have happened:
At the very least, the dangling symlinks on the decmips should
be fixed. If showrgb can be made to work on all the platforms, that
would be good, too.
