zephyr problems

Is there stil a problem with the zephyr location server? I log in, but
zlocate zzkaru returns "Hidden or not logged-in" even though I am logged in
and I am running zwgc. I was told by the sipb office that the location
server was having problems because someone is testing new software (or
something like that). That was over a week ago. Is there still a problem?
