What were you trying to do?
I was trying to print a 147 page thesis on the printer Thesis, in two
parts 80 pages + 67 pages
What's wrong:
The printer Thesis went down in the middle of the printing. By then it
had printed 51 pages. Then it came up again and printed 36 pages. And it
went down again. Finally it came up and printed the complete document,
from the starting page. So, I have 147 good pages, and 87 unnecessary duplicate
copies. The problem it that I was charged for the unnecessary 87 duplicate
copies.
What should have happened:
I should not have been charged for the 87 pages
