The file in question seems to suffer from a known footnote bug in ez.
(Known well enough that there's a stock answer on it.) Deleting or
relocating the first footnote produces a proper output. (The paragraphs
are large.)

What were you trying to do?
print a letter which is in my file ~/textfiles/CVops.ez
What's wrong:
The first page prints out with my name at the bottom (apparently from
the closing of the letter), and nothing else.
What should have happened:
The letter should have been three pages long, with evereything printed out.
