The contents of /mit/x11/src are undefined; there should be no
symbolic links pointing there. In the x11r5 locker, the right path is
/mit/x11/lib/config
This is what imake and xmkmf in the x11r5 locker use. If you run
/mit/x11/$bindir/xmkmf you will get the right config files.
I often change /mit/x11/src/mit/config to test things, but I don't
install anything in /mit/x11/lib/config that I don't think is ready
for general use.
