What's wrong:
Cron will only run a job once; the next time the specified time
occurs, nothing will happen.
Please describe any relevant documentation references:
This can be fixed by applying apar a21036 in /mit/rios/lpp/ptf;
without this, newsyslog/clean_tmp_areas/etc. will not be run.
