While logged into an account with the Lowell libraries attached, I tried twice
to use SendBug--once directly from the Dash menu, and once by typing its name.
In each case, it prompted for a subject line, which I entered as
  MITVMA Access
After pressing Return, I was advised to answer subsequent prompts.  The only
prompt to appear, however, was for Disposition.  The first time--after trying
"?"--I entered Use, and it promptly terminated.  The second time, I tried
Replace;  it told me it was erasing a file and then terminated again.  Later
I resorted to mail to enter that particular complaint, and this one.

At the very least, the entry instructions need to be clearer, if there was
some other sequence of actions I should have taken.  Very likely, some
redesign to accommodate reasonable alternatives or misinterpretations would be
useful.  Possibly, it just is not working as designed.
