Read online help, selecting

What's wrong:
Says you can't read it with a terminal-based olh client; you
have to use X-based client
What should have happened:
A blind student at UCSC complains about this restriction, says
the documentation should be readable by everyone (he uses the
computers via an ASCII-to-voice unit).
This isn't exactly MIT's problem; but I thought you might be
interested in this unusual kind of complaint.
