Mkserv clobbers any olc server setup you have made ... I've lost my
olc database and topics and acls and srvtab twice now, and now I know
why!
I think the problem is because /usr/athena/lib/olc gets nuked in the
mkserv synctree, but I haven't done the research to confirm this. If
I should not be setting up my olc configuration in
/usr/athena/lib/olc, please let me know!
