These two programs have been saying there are 11/12 machines available
in the e51 cluster for several weeks now. Several times I have then
gone to e51 to find it nearly full. Furthermore, there are more than 12
machines there anyway.
Another time I ran cview in bldg. 11. It told me there were many machines
free. In fact, there were none. I looked at the time in the top of the
window --- it was giving me status as of three hours earlier.
