OLC seems to have mixed up who is the user and who is the consultant.
I'm currently connected to a user, but when I enter olcr it says:
You currently have an "accounts" question in the queue.
instead of saying that I'm connected to user so-and-so.
Also, if I start up xolc, it gives me the choices of "Continue your
question" and "Browse stock answers". However, if I select Continue
your question, I get the messages:
You are not connected to a consultant. Your topic is: accounts
No question, and therefore, no log to display.

As long as everything's working okay for other people, this isn't
critical or anything.
