I discussed this with Calvin. I think (and I think he agrees) that
this is a bug, but that his solution isn't the best.
If the .zwgc.desc file has an error at startup time, it should fall
back to the default. If the default has an error (which would be
bad), zwgc should either exit and complain loudly, or use a simple
hardcoded default (just print fields).
If the .zwgc.desc file is incorrect on a zctl wg_read, then the old
desc file should remain in effect.
