What were you trying to do?
reposition the cursor with the mouse in the emacs window,
whith the cap lock key down, or when shift being held down.
What's wrong:
it just beeps, and ignores repositioning.
What should have happened:
It should have ignored whether the caps lock key was on or not and
repositioned like normal
