The old (release 7.1) xlogin binary is still on the packs in
/etc/athena/xdm. This was left on in release 7.2 so that machines
with 7.1 on the root would work when they attached 7.2 packs. At this
point, the compatability is no longer needed so this stuff should be
removed before the next release.

It was copied on by hand (this is not part of the standard install
process); we failed to get management approval to fully de-support 7.1
clients.
