In the file /usr/athena/lib/gnuemacs/lisp/paths.el, the variable
mh-lib is set to "/usr/local/bin/mh/". This is WRONG, and users will
not be able to send out messages from mh-rmail. As a matter of fact,
I reported this bug when 6.0 was still testing, at least four months
ago, probably more, but it was apparently never addressed.
To fix it, The following patch should be added to paths.el:
