There's something very, very, very wrong with b11zephyr right now. It
is duplicating and dropping location information all over the place.
I don't know what's causing it, but I've told (indirectly) ops to
restart the server. It's obviously a bug, but since I don't think ops
has sources to the zephyrd on the servers anymore, I doubt it will get
debugged.
