Bug: When I try to load the emacs info file for olcr, I get the
error,
Info file /afs/athena/astaff/project/eolcdev/Emacs/eolcr/info/olcr does not exit
and in fact,
ls -l /afs/athena/astaff/project/eolcdev/Emacs/eolcr/info
total 4
