The man page for "mh" is not locatable using the "man -k" or "apropos"
command. Apparently "mh" has NO entry in the /usr/man/whatis file,
and so "man -k mail" tells one nothing about mh. Further,
"man -k mh" gives info on two 3X routines, and lists the xmh man page
but does not mention the "mh" page.
