olc answers bug report

If you type "olc answers" from the unix level, or "answers" from within
olc, and your fileserver is down AND you are in your home directory or some
subdir of it, you get:
olcr> answers
getwd: can't stat .
(Did you su in a fascist directory?)
No stock answer to send.
This means that if a user wants to read the stock answers to find out how
to save his work while his fileserver is down, he can't, unless he figures
out to cd to some other place, like root of his workstation.
The problem is that the stock answers, for some reason, want to look at
your current directory, and the error message you get back is not useful.
Why not use sendbug? because my fileserver is down:
(/) Meow? sendbug
