vos remsite's behavior is correct. If you wish to remove the entry from
the vldb AND the server, use "vos remove" specifying the ".readonly" volume
and the correct server/partition.

In the past I have used "vos remsite" to remove a replication site that
had hard disk errors in it. I didn't want the bad area of disk referenced,
but at the same time I didn't want to remove the replicated copy itself
(at least right away) because it would make the bad area of disk available
for assignment to other volumes.
