What's wrong:
<98> podge:project/tcsh/beta> fs checks
All servers are running.
<99> podge:project/tcsh/beta> ls .build.rs_aix31
.build.rs_aix31: Connection timed out
Something is confused. The server is up. (I just restarted it.)
What should have happened:
fs checks should notice. fs checks -all worked.
