Type and version:	RTPC-ROMPC 7.3M
Display type: apa16

What were you trying to do?
	resize a window using mwm

What's wrong:
in order to make a window smaller, I discovered that I had to
first drag the cursor <outside> of the original window space, THEN bring
it back <inside>.

What should have happened:
It would be nice if I could just make the window smaller by dragging
the corner of the window inwards, rather than first having to go outwards.
The current method (unless there's something I'm missing) is very counter-
intuitive, and caused me to waste time trying to figure out how to do what
I wanted.
