I would like to propose the following entry in /etc/services:
xprotocol 6000/tcp # x11 protocol
This way, one will get readable connections from netstat, as opposed
"meaningless" numbers.

p.s. Ok,ok, so most of the connections are local loopback (unix:0.0),
but still.....
