I sent in this bug report on 8/1 but it's still not working, correctly:
xdvi doesn't listen to the resource
XDvi.expert: true
It should leave of all the buttons, but it doesn't.
Also, with no resources, the buttons for shrink are too small, you can't
see the 1,2,3, and 4.
