This is merely an elaboration on the original report of this old bug.
It seems to be hard-coded, and depending on the architecture, has
different behaviors... on the RISC/6000, it seems that because the
contents of /usr/man is not what xman expects, that the contents of the
first set of topics is the same as the Athena sections.
