It's appropriate for the Athena and System man pages to be separated in
xman's menu of sections, but could the Athena manpages come first on the list.
This would correspond better with the experience of the man command.
I found that I naturally picked User Commands (1) after looking at a man
page, and almost forgot that the Athena man pages were down there. I'm
sure that if Athena User Command (1) was first on the list, it would be
harder to forget that there was another section 1 later in the list.
This would certainly be true for long-term users of xman, who might not
even notice the new entries...
