On tardis (RS/6000 running something similar to 7.3), fs gives the wrong
error message for a nonexistant file:
tardis% fs lq /afs/foo
Volume Name Quota Used % Used Partition
fs: Invalid argument; it is possible that /afs/foo is not in AFS.
tardis% which fs
/bin/athena/fs
On an RT, it says:
% fs lq /afs/foo
Volume Name Quota Used % Used Partition
fs: File '/afs/foo' doesn't exist
