I don't remember whether I sent this in before....
I am fairly certain that writed is redistributable, which means that
/source/athena/etc should have system:anyuser rl access.
I believe that snmpd is commercial, so that should not be
world-readable (and it isn't now, so that's correct).
Timed, however, is definitely redistributable, which means that it
should also have system:anyuser rl access granted.
