Hi,
I'm not particularly worried about this, but I've never ever seen a
error like this in my console. Nothing seems to be wrong, but I thought
I'd send it along in case it means some to y'all.

That is a hardware problem... your hard disk flaked. However, since it
is a soft error, it means that it recovered. If you start getting hard
errors or lots of soft errors, you should send a report to hotline.
