A better solution would be to think this through some more. I should be
able to chsh to wherever the real tcsh lives, and HAVE IT WORK ON ALL
PLATFORMS CURRENTLY IN USE. None of this shell-script-for-my-login-shell
bunk (see cfyi #4025).
I cannot do that currently, because there is no /bin/athena/tcsh on all
platforms currently in the field (e.g. all the 7.2 machines), and
/bin/csh is not the tcsh on all platforms (e.g. decmips 7.3B).
This is a serious "user portability" problem. Wasn't 7.3 going to be a
bugfix-only release, with no major user-visible changes?
