This may just be someone's configuration, or it may be a problem:
<ambar> reported that they updated binkley (SIPB vax) to 7.3A and were
getting messages like: /usr/local/emacs/lisp library not found.
A quick spot check should be done prior to the release.

PS: I have also replied saying that 7.3 had not yet been officially
released even to testers.
