The command lpr -f filename
where filename is a textfile should print the textfile using the characters
in the first column as Fortran carraige control characters (as stated in the
manual page) does not work.
Instead the printer prints one page with an error messages
"lpd: bones: filter "psrf" not available [harris m66-558-1.MIT.EDU]."
where bones is my printer and m66-558-1 is the machine I am running from.
