cfront crash on RT

Mark got a crash from cfront 2.0 when processing a file; I've put the
preprocessed version in ~raeburn/compiler-bugs/cfront-2.0/xbitmap.c.Z.
I believe this only happened on the RT.
A version of cfront compiled with `-g' instead of `-O' will be needed
to get useful debugging done. I compiled such a version, and just
started to look into the problem, but I'm out of time for now. It was
in print2.c; the rest of the data has moved out of the saved scroll
region in my xterm.
