What were you trying to do?
resize
What's wrong:
One time it gave an error, when I tried to repeat it, it didn't seem to
have a problem. What I did: used the mouse to select viewing of a specific
region, and then forced it square, then pulled Zoom Out from the View
menu. Later I could not reproduce this error:

Also, I noticed that when resizing by mouse, the upper edge is too low;
that is, when I want a region with ll=(-10,-10) and ur=(10,10) it makes
ll=(-10,-10) and ur=(10,4).

What should have happened:
resizing should resize according to the size you specify with the mouse
I suspect it may be assuming the size of the graphing window includes the
menu region
