In GNU Emacs 18.50.51G of Thu Aug 4 1988 on paris (berkeley-unix)
When the command completion buffer comes up and it is longer than the
viewable space I am not able to scroll down and see the rest of the buffer.
In fact I am limited to entering command line characters. If I quit the
command completion buffer goes away.
