I pressed ^C while checking in a file:
% ci -l -l $f
clients/xman/RCS/buttons.c,v <^C
RCS: cleaning up
Exit 1 ci -l -l clients/xman/buttons.c clients/xman/main.c clients/xman/man.h
Now there is a 0 length file in the RCS directory:
---------- 1 jfc 0 May 31 15:16 ,buttons.c,
and I can't do anything with buttons.c:
ci error: RCS file clients/xman/RCS/buttons.c,v is in use
