When i try to run xinfo on a DECstation 3100 or an RT (haven't tried on a VAX)
I get the following:

[and on for a hundred or so lines]
Then the xinfo window comes up, and you can go through the normal
menu selection process, but when you make your final selection,
xinfo simply does nothing, instead of marking and giving you info on
your choice.
The program doesn't lock up, sicne you can continue to make menu
selections and receive no info.
