Emacs olcr should not override the user's defaults for cursor and
font. (Changing the title and icon name does make sense, I think.)
Overrides of users' defaults should only happen when they are
important; unless OLC is my life (in which case I'd be willing to
customize slightly), eolcr windows have no excuse.

(Consider also: In "fixed" instead of my default font, the window was
almost too large for my screen.)

A single variable `olcr-epoch-pop-up-screens' would be helpful; I'd
like to be able to turn it all off at once. (More specifically, I'd
like to have one screen doing all the olcr stuff, but I'm willing to
set that up by hand for the moment.) I haven't tried it out, but from
the documentation, it looks like I have to set about a dozen variables
to be assured of the behavior I want.
