What were you trying to do?
Write a very simple program using the curses library.
What's wrong:
The manual page does not give enough information to tell
a person how to do this.
What should have happened:
The manual page should have a brief discription of each
function (which it sort of does) including the type of
data returned by each function and the type of each
argument. It is this information that is left out. A
paragraph or two giving even more detail about the
general idea of the library would be nice too, but at
the very least, this type information should be there.
I know that we won't fix this, but perhaps this should
be forwarded on to the authors...
