This is the second time this has happened to me: I logged onto a dialup
server, E40-008-11. Zwgc and znol returned server-not-acknowledged errors.
I checked and found that I was subscribed to the default subscriptions of
another user, including personal messages sent to that user. This time it
was user joec. He was logged on when I logged in, and for at least several
minutes afterward.
