What were you trying to do?
my .meetings file contains meetings to which i have no access...
this is because once upon a time.. i borrowed it from someone who did...
if i try and use "g" discuss-goto on that meeting... i get permission
denied, and...
What's wrong:
.. the "*meetings*" buffer is blanked.. and switches to fundamental mode...
list-processes shows that the discuss-shell is still running, however...
in order to get it to restart, i have to kill the *meetings* buffer
and redo M-x discuss
What should have happened:
it should have repported permission denied and gone on to the next meeting

/mit/jewell/elisp/emacs.el < my emacs initialization file...if it helps...
