I tried to grab a question when I was not receiving zephyr messages.
olcr said "error grabbing user", and the olc log said
--- Unable to contact consultant jfc. Host machine down.

When I started zwgc, I was able to grab the question.
2 bugs: I should have gotten a useful error message from olcr, and
I should not have to be writeable to grab a question.
