What were you trying to do?
Help a user print a file from within ez (using the menus).
We tried to print the same file to a printer that required
Kerberos authentication, and to one that did not.
The user's Kerberos tickets were expired when we began.
What's wrong:
The same informational messages appeared in the ez window
for each printing attempt. However, the file did not
print on the printer that required authentication. Several
invocations of lpq suggested that the file-printing job
had not been queued to this printer.
There were no apparent error messages (e.g., in the console
window).
The file printed successfully on the other printer. Once
the user obtained valid Kerberos tickets, the file printed
successfully on either printer.
What should have happened:
There should have been a warning or error message indicating
that the print attempt was not successful.
