System name: tabetha
Type and version:	CVAXSTAR 7.2R (plus partial update)
Display type: SM

What were you trying to do?
	attach adedev
I have attach aliased to attach -r and here's what happens...

qatshweepw% attach adedev
attach: timeout while contacting mount daemon on odysseus.MIT.EDU (for filesystem adedev)
while mapping - try attach -n
attach: Warning, mapping failed for filesystem adedev,
        continuing with read-only mount.
attach: filesystem adedev (odysseus.MIT.EDU:/u3/lockers/adedev) mounted on /mit/adedev (read-only)

**tabetha: /afs/athena.mit.edu/user/l/lnp/project/techinfo/is_src**
qatshweepw% alias attach
attach -r

What's wrong:
Why all the garbage messages?? Also, why is it
suggesting that I use the -n option?? It shouldn't suggest that when
I'm using -r.

This may be more of a question of aesthetics than an actual
bug. I think that the rash of warnings that I got when I used attach
were unnecessary and only help to confuse the user.

What should have happened:
attach should use a little more intelligence when deciding
what error/warning messages that it prints. The biggest problem that
I find is that it suggests the use of -n when I'm only using -r.
