What's wrong:
I'm not getting any help. I typed "?" at the prompt and got
this error message (it's probably related to this being a pMax...)
/tmp/olh_b1627X: No such file or directory
What should have happened:
Well, some help would have been nice... :-)

This version of tty-based OLH now includes keyword search, printing, and
other options formerly only available in the X-based version. To list the
available options, type '?' at the 'Number:' prompt when it appears.
