I think this is a design bug in RMAIL, but I may be mistaken.
What's the use of having an ``unseen'' flag if, when you load
RMAIL the next time, it leaves you at the first new message read
instead of at the earliest unseen message?
To demonstrate:
Run RMAIL, get a few messages, only read the first one. Exit.
Start RMAIL again. You don't end up at the first unread message,
do you?
